Princess Pie.



What You'll Need



  • one cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • two Tbs sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

How to Make It

  1. Mix and pat in an 8x8 inch pan, bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until just beginning to turn golden. Do not over bake.
  2. Layer two:
  3. eight ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  4. one cup powdered sugar
  5. one cup whipped topping
  6. Beat together sugar and cream cheese.
  7. Fold in whipped topping.
  8. Spread on cooled crust.
  9. Layer three:

  10. one small package coconut cream instant pudding
  11. one 1/2 cups whole milk (any milk will do, but whole milk makes pudding so much tastier)
  12. Mix until thickened. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
  13. Top with remaining tub of whipped topping.
  14. Toast 1 cup coconut. Sprinkle evenly on dessert. Refrigerate.
