What You'll Need
- 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup pimentos
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
How to Make It
- Cream together cheeses.
- Stir in pimentos and salt and pepper.
- If you prefer your pimento cheese to be a bit thinner for spreading, add in optional mayonnaise to preference.
